We work, and therefore share information with several official organisations who may fund, monitor, and audit and evaluate the training we provide and the difference this makes. These organisations include, but are not limited to: UK Government, local government, Department of Work and Pensions/JobCentre Plus, partner organisations, funders.
We may also share information, on your behalf, such as your training achievements and c.v. with an employer when arranging a work placement/interview.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

- Advise and select suitable available provision for your needs with automated decision making limited to where they are dictated by specific contract eligibility e.g. age barriers with alcohol related training.
- give tailored information, advice, guidance and support to you including sharing contact information with specialist organisations, employers/volunteers where permissible and appropriate e.g. signpost referrals, CV’s and brokerage of interviews.
- monitor and ensure equality of opportunity.
- your anonymised information may be used to support the funding, development of future training programmes.
- We have a contractual obligation. We will use anonymised information to make reports to funders and partners. We may also include photographs without names.
- We have a vital interest (including emergency contact details and Safeguarding of participants).
- We have a legitimate interest. We will use your details to contact you and keep you informed about training programmes and related opportunities.
