This page is Springboard’s child friendly Privacy Notice. It will tell you why and how we use your personal data, so that you know what happens to it when people give it to us. We will always make this clear to make sure you understand your rights around your information being held. We only keep personal data for as long as we need it, to report back to other businesses and for legal reasons. We review this sometimes, to check it is still accurate and needs to be held.

Sometimes, we might need to share your data with other businesses, or with your school, or other people might share your data with us. We are very careful in how we do this.
Individual’s Rights
Having a say in what happens to your data is called ‘Rights’. You can ask us to see the data we hold about you, make changes to the data, which we will fix, or to delete your data from our system if you no longer want it to be held by us.
